I am looking for a video I saw once that amused me but I know nothing about context (bonus points for context?)

There was this dude with I think an accent who was being interviewed and they asked him if he was watching/participating in some event in a tournament and he was all like "naw" and complained about some facet of the game/event and/or some guy always winning and the interview informed him that the always winning guy had already lost and then the dude just starts dancing

something like that

can you find it and why did I enjoy it
