I've only read the first book in the series and really enjoyed it, but I've got loads of other books waiting to be read so it'll probably be a while before I get round to carrying on (though I do intend to read them all at some point)
Just found out it had a short-lived TV adaptation, and I've been looking for something new to marathon now all my favourites have gone on hiatus until January. Would The Dresden Files be a good choice, or was this a rare example of a deserved swift death?
And if it is good, should I wait until I've read more to watch it, or does it not matter that much?
