A-bombs are already primitive. We have H-bombs now that are 1000+ times as powerful. So yeah.

It is just silly human arrogance to presume otherwise I think. Like how people think there is some point at which nobody will be able to run a faster 100m, or that that time could be posted in our lifetimes. It'll keep going down.
