Maniac64's Spell of Transform Air is going to be tough to beat. Haunters won't like it when the air turns into fire and neither will Pram. Curse Bows aren't really going to provide much offensive power and the arrows will burn up if the air turns into fire. Maybe he can do something with the Sigil of Cowardice. Right now I think Maniac64 will win, though.

My spells. Chain either summons lots of Haunters that initially appear in a line then disperse to attack, or a supernatural chain that appears where I will it. Like this:
Flash of light is all the warning you get before it materializes. Curse bows summons floating bows that fire off cursed arrows where I direct them, and with the Helm of Fletchers I can change the types of arrows into exploding, silver, light-elemental, dispelling, what have you. Sigil prevents enemies from getting too close.
Enemy's spells. Chain is the same as mind, except this one uses mental power directly. Breaking their concentration on it dispels the chain. Crystal Bolts fires off bolts made of crystals. Transform Air transforms the very air, takes time, however. Chant... uhh... uses the caster's blood as a medium to make the opponent benevolent?
Location. Tomb? Bonus points for my Chain. Seems booby-trapped as well, not that it would disturb me much.
Battle Plans! I send the chain straight towards my enemy, plant the Sigil at the enemy, then summon my bows and fire my unending barrage. I alter my arrows as the battle progresses. Maniac summons the Chain as well, and fires off crystal bolts, all the while chanting and trying to transform the air.
I- that is, Pram_the_Oracle takes it. Every so often I fire off a Dispel arrow so that it flies near me, dispelling his transformation effect. Chain and the barrage of all kinds of arrows will overwhelm my enemy, not giving them a chance to finish the chant.
Pram *normally i would say Thought Chain>Haunter but in this environment they are equal. *Bows that casts curses pretty good. *Helmet protects from Crystal Bolts *Sigil not very useful unless both people are trying to stall each other out with defense.
M64 *Transform Air, very dangerous. *Chant greatly boosted here.
Pram has some decent stuff going on but can't stand up to M64's offense

Every so often I fire off a Dispel arrow so that it flies near me, dispelling his transformation effect.
Arrows don't just hover stationary in mid air. You fire an arrow and it flys off. It doesn't stick around defending you.
Setting up a Gate of Babylon style Curse Bow barrage will take time to summon the bows. This gives Maniac64 time to transform air and set the atmosphere on fire which would destroy your bows at the same time.

Three ways to make this very simple. 1. Transform Air gives me a dozen ways to kill him. I can make the air to thin to breathe, which will also make very difficult for him to think and focus enough to use spells while it slowly kills him. I can make the air around him poisonous, make it sleeping gas, raise the Carbon Dioxide levels in it as a simple and quick way to change the air in a very nasty way. 2. Bear's Chain of Thoughts causes Pram to think like a bear. Bears are not very good spell casters. Chant of Blood and Benevolence then distracts and pacifies him. 3. Crystal Bolts is a nice simple spell that I can spam to make casting more difficult for Pram and kill him if I manage to hit. Which will be easy to do with the Bear/Blood combo.
I've got way to much offense for Pram to compete with. Maniac64
