I only got confused at first because I assumed people were thinking of male characters for some reason. Orihime says Kurosaki-kun a billion times even in the manga.

Yeah, as soon as I figured out it was female characters I got Kurosaki-kun being Orihime instantly. Had no clue who the OP girls were though since I never got far enough to see any address Luffy like that.
