Raph the best

I always loved catching suckers with his torpedo move. If they block it builds insane meter and I can throw them from behind once the move ends and they're still in blockstun.

I saw the Genesis version at a local tabletop gaming store that also sells a small selection of used retro games. Is it worth picking up?

It's still an okay game if you can get it for cheap, just the SNES version is much better

My personal experience is mostly with the NES version though
