Does it lean a bit to heavily on Stereotypes? Perhaps a tad. But it's very self-aware of the concept and never feels forced or out of place. Penny can perhaps be a bit "too" Midwestern Blonde, but even she has her moments.

Realo won gold at the Sex Olympics with a BROKEN FRIGGIN NECK.-Voltch
I have only seen a handful of episodes here and there, but the show seems to go for really easy, predictable jokes that you can see coming from a mile away (much like two and a half men, from the same creator). It is just comfortable, safe, easily digestible television...which is fine, but compared to it's time slot competitor community, it just seems really formulaic and by the numbers.

I'm "kind of a big deal". http://img.imgcake.com/cyclo/Cyclopngegpngre.png
The little bits of it I've seen show an overuse of laugh track, which can make any show seem unfunny. It's probably still not comedy gold but I bet it would be funnier without it.
I wonder if any smartass ever gets fed up and starts laughing in the middle of lines, just interrupting the actors with wild bursts of inappropriate laughter.
