He always bullies Dwight. (But Dwight is awkward so it's OK to bully him lolz!) He hit on and then made an ENGAGED girl cheat on him Then he ignores her for Karen for Season 3 while Roy admits his mistakes and says he wants to win her back. And yet still we are supposed to hate Roy and root for Jim? WTF?
He left Pam (and Scranton) because she was still going to marry Roy. His admission of his feelings and kiss was just a last-ditch effort to win her over, one he thought failed. It's all pretty unrealistic anyway. In the real world, no woman would leave a hulking alpha male like Roy for a lanky pushover like Jim.
I always root for Dwight against Jim, though.

But Dwight's also an ass, so it's okay.
Dwight only became an ass after Season 3 to make it "ok" for Jim to bully him. The Office creators got tons of complaints about Jim's treatment of Dwight because early on he was just awkward.

Rainn Wilson refers to Dwight as a "fascist nerd" on the season 1 commentary. He was definitely pretty mean/intense early on, too.
