Eve is the name of the entity itself. It's not a human.

At least that's what I remember from years and years ago.

But regardless, it spoils no one because Aya is chasing Eve the entire game, regardless of what Eve's real identity is. It's not using Aya's sister's name.

This added into the fact that Eve manifested in Melissa due to receiving a kidney from Aya's sister Maya.

But that information comes way later in the game.
