Man, it feels like I only ever catch weeks when it's an RPG I find mediocre/unremarkable. Anyway I do like the other SH games, but not this one; it feels unpolished, generally feels boring and easy, and has awful character balance.

I quite like Yuri but he's a better character in the sequel anyway!

Covenant improved on it in every way i can think of, but I still prefer the overall plot of the first game.

^ I'm guessing it would feel that way playing Shadow Hearts after playing SH2:Covenant. I'd say Covenant improved on many aspects. However the original was great when it was played first.
