I've had a leather desk chair for a couple years. It started wobbling, so I took it apart. The chair itself is intact but something on the underside (the metal portion the leather sits on) is crooked. I don't think it's a part I can dislodge with the L-Wrench either. I'd rather not spend tons of money on a new one. Is there anyway to fix it?

I'll rephrase the question: how can I fix it?
