[Soul Satellite]: Fixed a glitch that caused the EX version to come out when doing the command input and holding up-left on the controller.

it's not even about playing Ryu, it's just so arbitrary. nobody uses his fierce dp as an aa anyway because they nerfed it so bad in super, and the damage you're dropping by forcing people to use the medium is pretty minimal. removing the second hit is pretty silly too seeing as how they changed it to that in the first place. it's just a needless change.

there are bigger changes here though. df + mk into u1 for Vega strikes me as a very big deal.

oh wow, i managed to miss both of those changes when i skimmed through the changes earlier. good catches, tranny.

except how the heck is either combo possible? both HKSBK and vega's U1 are charge moves and those two attacks require the stick to be in completely different positions

it's not hard. you could already link jumping hp into cr.mp into mk sbk. with Vega, df + mk is part of the ultra motion.
