I can't believe, in 2011, that people are still saying "Are those special brownies??" whenever there's brownies around. It's so lame. It isn't funny. We've all heard it a million times before. And you just know that the people who always say this have never actually had weed laced brownies. They just think they're being funny. UGH.
I hear you man. As someone who's actually quite allergic to marijuana (to the point that I'll end up hospitalized) the only reason I want to know is so that I can stay away from them.
But then, brownies are pretty fattening, too. Maybe there are multiple reasons for me to veer wayward.
Another informative topic!

Tom Bombadil posted... did weed brownies go outta style in the 90's or something or am I missing some other reason why 2011 is relevant
Yes. It's like if someone said that in the 90s, it was a new thing. If people say it now, it just sounds pathetic. They know they're normal brownies but they just keep having this need to say it..
I can't be alone here. This is so annoying. This is worse than people who didn't get that we're supposed to laugh at Michael for making "That's what she said" jokes long after they became uncool. That was a key part of his character, that he's a loser who is always behind the times. But people are stupid so it ended up just bringing back the joke!
From: CrimsonOcean | #009 I don't know who you hang out with, but with my friends this is a legitimate question.
For the same reason, it's never a legitimate question with my friends. They never bake brownies or cookies, so if they DO, I can just assume that they've got something extra.

Yeah, there's no need to ask with my friends for exactly this reason.
