I want the artbook from the collectors edition. But that's the only part. It would be a pretty expensive artbook, but I suppose I could give the Dragon Statue to my little sister. She collects statues of dragons.

The world looks beautiful, but eh, this series just isn't for me. I couldn't get into Oblivion and this looks pretty similar.

It's $150, right? That's freakin' huge for a game. I might have paid something like that for ME3 if it came with an awesome looking Normandy model. IIRC, the Skyrim dragon statue doesn't even look that cool. Looks like Mass Effect is sticking with the standard $80 collectors edition, though.

With how massive the game is, I'd be willing to pay 150 for just the game alone. That special edition is worth it.

TES games would be worth $150 to begin with, but I can't say the special edition is worth it if you consider the game as $60

that being said I'm playing a lot of morrowind and getting hyped as **** for this game lately, though I might need a new graphics card for it...

I really wish I liked this series, but I could NOT get into Oblivion. :(

I mean, it's skyrim, there isn't going to be anything to give away. If it was a more tightly scripted game, then yeah I prob wouldn't watch.

It's not even the story stuff. I know if I watch a huge video of some guy taking out a dragon, I'm just going to follow his exact tactics when I fight the dragon instead of doing my own thing.

after watching it it's literally the same thing as that 40 minute clip just condensed, and I believe they used much of the same at e3. new footage I guess but it's of the same game areas/scenario's they've already shown

I can't see a reason to play this game anymore honestly.

but there are so many things that will influence whether or not that's valid--what if you're a different race, have different weapons, have different spells, have different words of power unlocked, have different skills and perks at different levels, meet the dragon at a different area (because they can move around), etc.; you might not even be able to use that strategy.

That's the beauty of this game, in fact! What you see might not ever even happen in your game because of how differently you choose to play up to that point.
