Jango cover story!? The anime really skipped that? That sucks. I'd prefer it over like Goat Island easily. I was actually wondering how Jango got into the marines, since he was a pirate before, would've been great to see before it happened. And yes I know that I find out now, but still.

Also speaking of those cover stories. Wonder when we'll see Coby and Helmebbo again, cause I doubt they'd make it if we don't.

Really disappointed how Mashima handled the Ultear and Meredy situation. This is really the only chapter I can think of where Fairy Tail disappointed me though.

Yeah, I can't really think of another FT chapter that disappointed me. It's not like I remember literally every chapter though. I just can't think of the last time I was disappointed like this in the series.

I mean Hades even flat out says they just got lucky.

Natsu finishing every fight while not being the strongest is pretty bad, but even worse than that is the fact that Gray, Erza, Lucy, and Wendy combo always end up getting the spotlight in the end too.

Well yeah, that combo always happens because they're the main characters. I'd really like to see more of the supporting characters involved in the arc boss fights, but it's never really been Mashima's style to do that. That power source thing was odd too, but didn't really disappoint me as much as Ultear.

Hachi's cover story? Awesome! I loved Hatchan he was hillarious. Now that I'll look forward to. But really, t's sad that anime skipped those two. I don't get why either. Were Buggy and Coby simply more popular characters?

Ah, well yeah Jango didn't really do anything special back there at the end of Alabasta. Hina was the main focus, so yeah. But I still think it's important to the storyline. At least more than a filler arc (Warship Island).

I wonder which characters will get themselves a cover story. Hopefully some will get animated.

I think it's more the fact that Buggy and Coby were the first two cover stories. They tried em and I guess they didn't work out too well or something.

FYI, Wapol and Ace also get one, plus other characters that would probably be spoilers for you now.

Wapol that goddamn bastard. Better not see him again after the cover story. Ace is awesome though, but Luffy's brother and high ranked whitebeard pirate? I have a feeling he's going to be pretty important. Especially since he left the straw hats with a cliffhanger, so yeah probably the fact that they were the first then.

In the anime I just watched episode 187. Luffy is running up to Enel with a golden ball on his hand.

Yeah. Currently my 12th favorite character. Don't think anyone from skypiea will surpass. Wiper and Enel might break top 20, but they aren't getting that high.
