Lately I've been taking One A Day Multivitamins when I wake up. I feel more alert shortly after doing so. However, eventually my stomach begins feeling a little wonky and eventually I have to use the bathroom more than I used to. Is that normal?

One a Day's always make me nauseous unless I specifically eat them later in the day and in the middle of a meal. I've heard other people have the same problem with them.

Best one I have found and it didn't make my stomach churn even if I took it without food. John Marrow's review down the page a bit gives a nice breakdown as to what makes this an awesome vitamin (basically being natural and food based and with the ingredients in high quality and most absorbable forms)

It is iron free because it is formulated for men and we do not have monthly visits so are less inclined to need iron supplementation. They have a woman formula if you need iron, but I am sure you could find a source of iron in other places. I am not sure what the best source of it would be, but it shouldn't be too much trouble to track that down or just buy a bottle from the store.
