It's kinda broken imo,using this on a hero like Lina that used all her spells (she has high mana pool and nukes cost alot of mana) is pretty much crazy
After Lina cast Dragon Slave,LSA and ulti,AM can attack her 4 times and ulti for 1320 AOE damage

I'm playing DotA again. Started it up a few days ago. The delay and game's graphics are something I had to adjust to but in a few days I'm back to being cool with it.

I didn't watch the whole match but it looked like M5 should have just kept up with their push.

Having no hard carry (does Storm Spirit qualify as a carry?) makes it hard to fight against a team with one.

Storm Spirit can definitely carry, but he doesn't carry nearly as hard as the other agi carries. He just makes up for it by having a boss early game too.

Speaking of Storm (and I don't know how often he's been picked), he's a much better hero than Anti-Mage, and way more annoying from my experience. Has he been picked much in comparison?

I'm going to admit I'm ignorant, and probably dumb. But that morphling game... isn't that just him freefarming all game and occasionally escaping while his team does interesting stuff elsewhere?

It's the escapes and the killing half a base by himself at the end that's the fun part.
Yeah, they were dumb to let him freefarm, but it doesn't take away from how hilariously great it was. Similar to the Anti-Mage obliteration that happened last night.

It was just hilarious to see him constantly go back and forth and push half the base by himself.

They let him freefarm, and then got caught into 4v5ing the other team and not winning while Morphling farmed and farmed and farmed. They seriously went for a single gank on him early on that failed, and other than that they just poked around the map against the rest of the team.

That does not work!

This game as it is now is completely 1:1 with the latest version of DotA.
Not sure what that's like these days but everything's the same as it is there.

Yeah I'm not completely up to date because I last played DotA like....I don't know, probably 6-8 months ago. I got back into HoN after that since some of my friends were playing but that only lasted about a month or so.

Too much of an emphasis on carries needing to solo farm while their teams are fighting for the first 20-30 minutes in some of these games.

Honestly, from what I've experienced throughout my time with DotA, you don't "need" that carry to farm for 30 minutes. By doing that you're taking a player out of the game, and in those 4vs5 or even 4vs4 fights that are close, having a hero actually be there is way more important. Typically, a team that is going to win, is going to win without that late game carry. Unless that carry had been fighting all game. I'm strictly talking in a game like this, where the dude just does nothing but farm. Imagine if Weaver if actually done something, or had a hero like Slardar, and was in fights the entire time. I dislike heroes like Anti-Mage because they are almost completely useless earlier in the game.

This is also why I think a hero like Sniper is way better than Anti-Mage. He actually has some incentive to be in a fight. Assassination coupled with his slow is a great way to finish people off. He's actually useful in team fights. He can kill people without all of that farming. He's just even deadlier later. I prefer carries that can actually "do" stuff.
