Board 8 > What is the best way to train to heat very hot foods?

I'd like to take on one of those extremely hot food challenges that some restaurants have (I'm thinking of the Four Horsemen burger at Chunky's in San Antonio; I saw it on Man vs Food, and then there was the group on TGWTG that did a video trying it, plus I've got family down there). Wow, this post is already long-winded.

In order to get more than one or two bites out of a very expensive burger, I've been trying to train myself to eat hotter foods. Right now, I'm doing the Fiery Fusion Cheetos and Doritos, which are kind of hot. I don't know what foods to turn to next. Can anyone offer suggestions?

You haven't had real taste unless you couldn't tell if you were eating spicy food or getting hit in the face with a plasma cannon

Yeah, this. The chips are about a 1 on a scale of 1-10...

Just go somewhere and get some wings, or make your own wing sauce with some hot sauce mixed with a bunch of hot peppers.

eating those crappy chips won't do anything.

Habanero is spicy to me, but its a good spicy now.

I havent attempted a Ghost Pepper, Id like to.
