I have a Sanyo Zio ... android phone ... 2.2 ... when I bought it a year ago, i got the "phone replacement program" which charges me five bucks a month. So today the screen stopped working, went online and filed a claim. They want $125 to replace the phone that now costs $120 new.
Ugh.
So I click the "upgrade phone" option on my carrier's website, thinking whatever, they're advertising another phone that's better for $130. I find out that because I'm a customer already, the price is $150. Fine. So I click upgrade, and it says the upgrade feature is not available online.
Ugh.
Tells me to go to a store to get my new phone. In store, the phone is $200.
I hate everything.
