I remember it being popular when I was in middle school, first internet craze I was aware of. Teachers had it installed on all of the school computers. Just a Bust A Move clone, if I remember correctly.

I used to play it on my calculator all the time. It was one of my favorites! Now I have it on my iPad, but I haven't really been able to get back into it. It's REALLY not a good fit for the platform. You just touch where you want it to end up, instead of having to actually estimate the angle.

I never remember Snood being a big hit - most people I knew either hadn't heard of it or scoffed at it for being a Bust-A-Move clone. My dad was obsessed with it though.

Also, this. There was like a five year period where someone would be playing this on a computer if we had free time. I don't think I ever saw anyone beat it in all that time. <_<
