There's always marriage, and if you do it quick enough no one would know you knocked her up first.
Not that I recommend rushing into marriage! I obviously don't know the situation as well as you do, just throwing out options, and you did say you loved her and have been with her for four years.

Aside from the recent collapse of my life it's pretty sweet. I never considered myself a city person, so it definitely has its downsides, but at this point when I am working 50+ hour weeks it's necessary to be here.
And I would not be opposed to marriage and raising the baby... but again it's out of my control.

You seriously have my condolences. I'm not gonna touch the whole pregnancy thing, but what's happening to your aunt is truly awful, and I'm sorry for it. Good luck with this.
