Looks pretty good actually... does Snarf not speak? That would be disappointing. The two kids have the same voice.. that's kinda weird too.

I think I'll give it a shot. I'm thoroughly impressed with how it looks, the world is much more lively and engaging than what you got in the original. The scripting and character introductions are rather uninspired, but it's the pilot and that will probably improve.

Oh and Snarf is freaking adorable.

After all the raping that's been done to classic 80's cartoons over the past decade (and still continues today ~ the poor Smurfs), is it possible that we could have now have two remakes over the course of less then a year that are better than the originals?

80's(and some 90's) cartoon reboots have been rather swell actually.

Its just when they go into movies is when they fail. As Shows they tend to be quite good.
