Looking good so far. Brendon/Rachel pissed me off but it was damn near obvious they'd be back. Jeff and Jordan... it would have surprised me if they DIDN'T come back and then I was happy again because the final pair had to be M+F and there's no f***ing way they would've brought back Jesse/Natalie over Dick/Danielle.

Rachet winning HOH sucks, but I'm rooting for Dick and they golden key twist makes Dick/Danielle WAY too dangerous to go after and Jeff/Jordan would be dangerous too, so it looks like the first casualty will be on the newbie side. Veto will probably be a pair veto (so Rachel would have to nominate a new pair), so I think the most likely block scenarios are Cassi/Shelly and Keith/Porsche. One of those pairs is nommed, the other is in line as replacements (I really don't see how individual veto would work with pairs).

That is totally there to work alongside the duos, ensuring that at least 3 of them Survivor to the F10.

I think you misunderstood what's going on.

Rachel is choosing a pair to put on the block. If she wants to put up Jordan then she has to put up Jeff and Jordan.

The last twist isn't a twist at all. Since you can only be nominated with your partner, it makes sense that you'd be safe once your partner is gone.

i didn't watch jeff/jordan and dick/danielle seasons so they have a clean slate

1) cassi - when i saw model i was like oh no, but she seems to be pretty intelligent actually and she's really hot. i'm not necessarily rooting for her to win but i think she's my favorite
2) jeff - seems like a cool dude
3) dick - everyone else is kind of lame so he's up here by default
4) adam - WOOAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH
5) lawon - AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
6) jordan - good looking girl, seems pretty classy!
7) porsche - eye candy
8) dominic - very meh
9) keith - should be kinda funny to see him get shut down by cassi and porsche all season before ending up with kahlua

I really don't think that fight between her and Russell has anything to do with class. Russell was being a total dick to Jeff and then started picking on Jordan, so she finally bit the bullet and fought back.

You can stick up for yourself without losing classiness. That guy tried that same thing on other people, and they'd either ignore him or stay calm while talking to him; they didn't transform into a trashy redneck like her.

Yea I consider Jordan classy regardless of the Russell incident and I'm a Russell fan. The dude was into MMA and he wanted to f*** with everyone when he was in danger. He was an ass to Jordan out of strategy and she responded the way anyone would have in that position. She didn't know he was just doing that out of strategy, but that was because she was on the show instead of watching it at home. Russell was a good player and resorted to a*******ry when he was on his last legs and Jordan really had no reason to respond any differently from how she did respond.

Well Russell was trying to look bad, not that it necessarily excuses him, but it was strategic as he said. He was trying to make someone blow up by pulling out their inner trashiness. So sure, you can provoke someone, but it's not like he pulled off Inception, and was able to plant the trashiness idea into her--it's clearly something she's always had based on how she reacted, while no one else acted that way.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Jordan or Jeff win. It's already playing out like Survivor Redemption Island. Fans are so happy to have massive threats among them because they liked watching them. Really, they need to get them out as soon as possible before they make too friends, and get lots of help from America's Votes.

I guess i forgot how much i hated Rachel. Every time she talked, I wanted to shoot the tv.
Disgusting.

What a season. When I heard this twist I thought it'd be pretty dumb but it seems pretty good now with everyone as a pair. It'll be interesting when people's partner's start dropping. Glad they brought back the best characters and this evil Dick guy seems pretty awesome.

Actually, that's a good way to make themselves targets because the newbies are going after the veterans first anyway, and that's one less veteran they can put up if one of them goes.

Yeah, it's best for Brenchel to keep the other two returning pairs around, since it just means more targets if a newbie wins HoH next week.

Then again, winning the first HoH along with probably being the most hated person in the house isn't exactly a good thing. The only target that might be bigger than Rachel is Dick.

Cassi and Shelly being put up is both the best and worst case scenario in Week 1.

If Kathy 2.0 goes, it's awesome and Cassi is safe for the next month.

Shelly's not really totally like Kathy. Actually, her and Cassi are more like Chase/Jane from Survivor Nicaragua. So if anything, Shelly is Kathy combined with Jane.

But it's way too early to make these kinds of comparisons. They haven't had any reason to show either of them yet.

she's a returning player, so she automatically has a target on her back

she's annoying, controlling, and obsessed with getting HOH (even when it's not a good idea to have it), so that target is even bigger

and she only lasted 5 weeks last summer when she was still an unknown quantity and had a white knight

she has no chance
