What would you do

like the address is right but the name is a company. Its been five days, I was waiting to see if somebody would come try and get it

If you know it's actually not your package, I would just turn it over to the post office and let them deal with it.

Yep had this happen to me. Right adress wrong name. Gave to the post office than it's their problem.

I live in a apartment so i just leave things that arent mine in the hall

Only happened once. Luckily, the number of ther person it was meant for was on it and he lived a few doors down. Gave him his shit.

Had that happen a few months ago. Was meant for a neighbor like 3 houses down. I put it on their porch but they had some sign up saying don't ring the doorbell or our dog goes crazy so I just walked away. I looked back when I got to the sidewalk and they were already closing the door with the package inside. Could've at least said thanks. Next time I'm keeping it.

My street has a north and south so I occasionally get packages that were suppose to go the south address but instead come to me. Usually I just walk it over to them.
