MLBloomy 02/19/24 1:29:09 AM #6:	I was a little surprised Oliver didn't call out Thomas a little more for his opinion in the Dobbs case overturning Roe. Thomas said that other cases that derived from the 14th Amendment like Roe should be revisited, including Griswold v. Connecticut (married couples' right to contraception), Lawrence v. Texas (struck down anti-sodomy laws) and Obergefell v. Hodges (right to same sex marriage), but his opinion didn't call out the one case that clearly could impact him - Loving v. Virginia (interracial marriage).
