As someone who works in the entertainment industry as an Accountant, I did manage to compliment Christian Bale on his performance as Gorr. He told me "Glad sitting in a chair for 4 hours a day to put on the make up was worth it then." and yeah he also expected the movie to be much darker tone considering he was only given his lines when reading the script. But Love and Thunder looked like it turned out the way it did because everyone on set was having a really good time in a goofy way and that kind of bled into the movie. I'll argue that even Ragnarok was also suppose to be a darker movie (because of the story it was trying to tell as well), but the humor was so on point people didn't mind it. The best way to describe Love and Thunder is like watching a bad unfunny Family Guy cutaway gag that keeps dragging longer than it needs to be. --- DI MOLTO! <cite>Prestoff posted [p:977212389] in Taika Wait...
