because i kinda feel like i have a LOT of poop I need to get rid of. I've been feeling like I have to go and dropping small nuggets or these poops that look like those french onion sticks, except brown.

It's basically water with nothing but electrolytes in it, it cleans you out

I've had that stuff before, as I've had two colonoscopies.

That stuff tastes awful. Like rotten sea water. I even had the "flavored" kind and ugh. Horrible. Though one glass wouldn't be the end of the world, I have too many bad memories.

you could always try milk of magnesia, that stuff works wonders but it tastes pretty bad unless you get a flavored kind. it also works really great to cure canker sores by just rubbing some over the sore
