There's one character from the first one who hasn't re-appeared. Pretty much everyone comes back at some point and that includes characters who have died (someone who dies in the first one is still dead at the moment though). Paul Walker's character is still alive but always off camera since the 7th movie. You haven't met any of the other characters yet as they appear in the sequels. The order to watch the films is the following: 1, 2, Los Bandoleros (a 20 minute short), 4, 5, 6 (turn off before the end credits scene), 3, 6 (end credit scene), 7, 8, Hobbs & Shaw, 9, 10. X is insane and Jason Momoa is the best thing to ever happen to the series.
