Now Im at the shitty grindy part that takes forever if you dont spend money that happens in shit F2P phone games (which are most games). Its not fun, and its predatory with the stuff you can buy.

Thr combat is meh, only a bit fun during co-op but not much. All you do is set it on fast auto battle and hit the limit breaks.

There is so much annoying stuff thst just there to give you short term dopamin kicks to lure you in.

The positives are that the graphics are great, familar great music and I want to know where the First Soldier story goes. And there are no ads except 2 optional ones to give you sonlittle crystals its never worth it anyway.

Its not that complicated.

You have your skills, enemy weaknesses light up like on fire. Many enemies and pretty much all bosses do a charge thing you can interrupt snd stagger the enemy by using a correspondong sigil lile the X on Braver.

Then you can switch between attack and defense stance for the party (the red button to the right), you heal more and take less damage when its on defense mode.

The limit break and summons buttons light up at their portait when its charged, you get dmg bonus if you use them in a combo.

But after awhile all you do is put on auto battle and speed it up and just use the limit breaks.

Ya I just hit 45 on Zack, Aerith, and Cloud and my power levels like 90k for the group.

only part I really enjoy is the chocobo farm lmao. I need to grind mats to level up like 15 more weapons for my sub slots and Im like ehhhhh

game will be dead with in a few months

Well, I'm glad it's not littered with ads at least. A shame it does reach that grindy point where you can't make much progress without spending money though.
