NOM 09/15/23 4:22:52 AM #1:	Simmer your chicken, shred it. Peel and dice potatoes and add to the chicken broth, boil until potatoes are just barely done. Return chicken to broth with potatoes and add spices(Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, a little MSG, paprika and I like to add either some rotisserie chicken seasoning or Old Bay depending on what Im feeling. Simmer for a few minutes to heat the chicken and finish the taters.
