It depends if i get sweaty or not. So yes, in winter i shower about once a week. But in summers i have to shower daily.

it's really based on how active i am in my life at the time. if i'm going places everyday then i shower more often, if i sit around doing nothing most of the time there's not really a need to do it so often

Yeah, I'm aware that it's not ideal to shower so much (there are times where I shower three times in a day), but I'm a germaphobe and value cleanliness big time.

Yup.
