Just gonna list them no order (trying chronological)
Lazy eye Child epilepsy Ingual hernia Scarlett fever twice (as a child and teen) Pneumonia as a child twice that scarred my lung. Depression Diabetes type 2 Generalized anxiety disorder. PTSD Social anxiety IBS Morbus de Quervain Start of arthritis in big toe Lichen planus Suspected herniated cervical disc Ive had the shingels too but never went to doctor. I don't even know what half of those are, but probably yes at least somewhat. But on the other hand you were super lucky. You have a computer that can post on the internet and you were born in a country that isn't so fucked you died as an infant from a preventable disease or starvation or something. If I had to guess it was probably a first world country, maybe the USA, Canada, places in Europe like England etc? Possibly not. But it probably wasn't like, Somalia or something. And you didn't die while being born or in childhood. Really there are so many places we could have been born in which we would have been fucked immediately we are all at least a bit lucky to get this far to read this. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I dont have depression anymore. GAD can be bad when things overwhelm me, I have tools for those, thr PTSD disgnosis is new and Ive recently started trauma therapy. My biggest problems are that I cannot get friends and thats all on me and my fears, and how my anxiety sometimes controls my actions instead of me.
