Its been worse for some days. Drove to the store and shopped on Wednesday and had my partner over. Ever since the my shoulder and arm pain been worse, even had more numbness, weakness and pins and needles.

Could be I did too much and the inflammation got worse.

At least I get quality time with TV Shows and gaming

I miss playing guitar, try sometimes but csnt do too much.

My back feels like it goes out of place once in a while.
broke my back as a kid and never did tell anyone, not my mom or even my grandma who was a retired nurse.

the back bones feeling moving out of place is spondylolisthesis

add edit: I know what it feels like to not be able to do easy things or as much as you want to. I have been needing to nap during the day compared to when I used to never feel tired even to the end of the day.
now all I do is read religious stuff and think of better days, try to sing and think of making music

Its managable but at night and morning its worst. Had one full night of sleep in a month. And few weeks ago when I wasnt enough pain managed it was prob the worst medical experience Ive had with the pain and cramping.
