Each of those videos are nearly 40 minutes long. That's way too long for anybody to spend obsessed with one person, let alone being the people responsible for putting that documentary together in the first place. The internet has an extremely unhealthy obsession over this person.

I've not heard great things of the later parts. Like it's apparently mostly just reading forum posts and fueling Kiwifarms' bullshit.

And Chris Chan is definitely an interesting enough subject for documentaries, but not one that's THAT long. And certainly not one that doesn't name his trolls as being complacent and making it worse, because they are.

Yongyea for blatant favoritism, being a drama profiteer etc but the Cyberpunk 2077 debacle killed his credibility completely when he still pushed himself as an objective voice in gamer outrage...imagine if Yongyea was sterling only if Sterling sold out, thats was what happened to Yea...

I watched up to Blue Spike and couldnt keep going after that. We all know how it ends anyway.

How many hours does that end up being?

I stopped in the late 20s or low 30s. I couldn't do anymore. It was good entertainment while I am at work half focusing on other things.

I think the situation is horrible in every single way and I really think people should reconsider how much entertainment they get out of this.

I just dont think any of this would have happened if hordes of trolls didnt constantly reinforce terrible notions to an obviously developmentally impaired person. Chris still did what he did and is to blame for his own actions, but that doesnt mean his trolls arent absolute degenerate pieces of shit and far closer to the idea of "evil" in my opinion.

Yeah I don't think we need a 70 part deep dive into their entire life. I could understand watching a one part 40 minute video, 70, 40 minute episodes is just too much and we don't need it.

I'm with Ace. They did some horrible things that are unforgiveable, but two decades of people being obsessed and bullying them definitely didn't help at all. Of course, Chris Chan did put themselves out there and weren't just sitting quietly in a corner the whole time, but people need to realize extreme mental issues and people making entire forums to shit on somebody, for example, do not help and make you a terrible person for participating in it, even if all it is words on a screen 6 people might read.

Because I already know more than I need to about Chris-chan and have no interest in committing to a 78-part, 40-minute-a-pop documentary series when I have better things to do with my free time.

Plus, as mentioned, supposedly the later parts are mostly just them reading online posts which isn't interesting at all.
