They just scroll TikTok/Facebook/Instagram constantly while out. When you talk to them (even on dates), they multitask to address you. When home, they'll play games on their PC (occasionally with you) and talk to their discord friends, insisting that you join them if you want to talk. They also sleep with their phone nearby so they can immediately check it and resume their behavior in the morning.
