Each episode of the series followed two self-proclaimed "ugly ducklings" who, over the course of a three-month period, experienced an extreme makeover from a team that included a personal trainer, therapist, dentist, and cosmetic surgeons. Whichever woman was deemed more attractive at the end of the three months would move forward to compete in a beauty pageant held at the end of the season. Following the pageant, whichever contestant received the most votes for the greatest transformation would be given the title "The Swan".

I don't even know if shows like these should be legal. In both cases, it's potentially fucking up a person's mental health permanently, just doing so in different ways.

I like how Netflix have gone from "Is this object real or is it cake?" to "Is this person in a relationship cheating on their partner or is this a deepfake?"

Based on the title, I assumed it was some kind of catfishing scenario where they lure people to nyo fake relationships or something.

It's so much worse than that. Like wow, that's truly messed up.

I bet theres going to be at least one contestant who still wants more even after learning its ai.
