I came in 99% blind and I thought it would be fun to note boss order as soon as I started wandering to places I obviously shouldn't be. I only included bosses with a boss HP bar (besides Greyoll maybe?). A few notes:

• I was afraid to fight bosses at first because it honestly took me a few hours of wandering before I was able to use my runes because I hadn't unlocked leveling up yet or even found a merchant. I actually went where I was supposed to mostly for that and I heard I'd get a horse.
• I started as a bandit and used the dagger (Great Knife?) for a short time. Then I used the Cross-Naginata once I found it until +7. Eventually I switched to the Bloodhound's Fang for the rest of the game. I never used any sorceries or incantations (besides for quests), and I had the longbow for ranged for most of the game.
• I never did co-op but luckily I did realize how useful ashes are pretty early so I used them for every boss. Though I never realized I could upgrade them until after Malenia. I also was never invaded by a player or invaded anyone, but I did help people with their invaders occasionally once I figured out how.
• I think the Dragonkin Soldier was the first boss I beat that I felt I was way underleveled for, not counting Greyoll who I accidentally snuck up on and made him bleed to death.
• I started looking stuff up toward the end of the game, mostly for achievement purposes, but most of these I found on my own.

Radahn had the coolest fight I think. You start far away with him firing arrow at you and you can summon a bunch of friends to help.

Malenia was cool but she was really tough. It was hard to get hits on her without getting stabbed.

Most were pretty good though, even if I knew what to expect from the repeated ones.

Burial watchdog is such a lame boss. Also crystalian.

Being good is nice and all but I only care for the ones that are cool.
And two out of lots is not a good score.

I had such a hard time against the common watchdogs when I didn't have an ash distracting them which made me hate them even more.
