Asylum was the best Arkham game The rest suffered from quantity over quality. Just more stuff doesn't make the game better. More villains, more riddler challenges, more tank battles, more commute as you walk across the map, more long winded boring fights. It's the Alien vs Aliens and T1 vs T2 discussion again. Both are great and both have different atmospheres and excel in different things. With all those mentioned it depends what mood I'm in as to which one I prefer. Boss battles are pretty whack in AA though. I do also think it's fair to suggest Arkham City \ Knight isn't a true MV and that Knight especially had too much filler. You can argue the same applies to City as well depending on your own personal thresholds. I personally think City had the perfect mix between the two. On the other hand Knight and Origins went too far though imo. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Asylum was ok and city just felt too over the top. Gameplay wise I felt the combat just felt much better in city then add I played the hell out of challenge mode. I only really played knights challenge mode cause it had a lot of characters. Orgins and Asylums may have well not existed. Otherwise open world felt more fitting for batman. Running across rooftops is something that makes you feel like batman --- I put my heart and soul into my work and I fear I have lost my mind in the process ... Copied to Clipboard!
