Board 8 > hey guys, do yall have any advice on good, cheap air purifiers ?

I have two 3 foot fall air purifiers I bought for like 30-40 bucks in my house because I have lots of pets, but I've always needed more of them

it has been at least two years since I bought them, but now that I'm looking into them again, they're super expensive at like 100 bucks, including at Wal mart

I'm looking in Amazon and they just seem to be nothing but knock off boot leg ones from China

and all purifiers seem to be like 1 foot tall now, there aren't any that are 3 foot that AREN"T like 80-100 bucks

did they get more powerful now and they don't need to be that big?

but anyways

essentially I want a purifier that will take care of a room

not just a desk area

but yea, not too expensive either

any recommendations?

Yeah get a box fan and a HEPA filter. That's essentially all they are

I Guess the only downside to that is it would be hella noisy
