I wish he could get sober and they made a little revival

It was a favorite show of mine around that time. I don't think a revival would work without Ryan and Don Vito. Despite him being a creep, Don Vito was a big part of the show. He was basically the co star next to Bam. Maybe a nice little short reunion with everyone else might be nice with a sober Bam, if possible. I've read the guys sort of drifted apart, but maybe they'd all get together again.

There's a few YouTube channels that preserved the show and some deleted scenes. It's really awkward watching the show now while knowing that almost everybody despised being around Bam Margera and that they were embarrassed to do a lot of the things on it.

Don Vito died several years ago.

Yeah this show aged so poorly, it's one of those things I cringe about enjoying when I was a teen

It was fun back then, but as an adult you notice how Bam turned even his own parents into his little lapdogs, and it's pathetic to see.

It's no wonder Bam ended up the absolute wreck he is.

Don Vito died several years ago.

I know. That's why I grouped him in with Ryan.

CKY2K was a classic for those of us who skated back in the 90s or early naughts. Maybe being close to Philly made it seem bigger than it was at the time. Not sure.

I think the video vice released a couple days ago from 2017 paints a good picture. It was all just an act obviously and his parents were pretty smart and supportive of him. Obviously a little too much at times

His parents were cool with everything because MTV paid to fix the house each time and they were also getting paid to be on the show.

This. Also the CKY guys didn't like being on the show and only went along with it as they were under the impression it might segue into more MTV/Viacom roles.

A revival probably wouldnt work unfortunately.

Dunn and Vito are dead, and damn near everyone else except for Bam is sober and much more grown up/settled down now. Raab, Dico, Novak, Rake, etc,

True but he can be saved

Bam being a turd is part of his appeal. He was always kind of a dickhead, but still likeable enough. I hate how he ended up though. Ryan's death really affected him. I'm sure if my best friend died I'd be crushed too. Not long after Ryan's death, Bam came to my little city to check out the local skate park. My best friend met him in a bar later that day and said you could tell he was really in a bad way. That seemed to send him down a bad road that hopefully he'll leave. I really feel sorry for April and Phil throughout all this.
