Times square could always use a few more Elmos. Anyway, most if not all immigrants you see in NYC are very hardworking and help maintain the lifestyle that all the rich people there enjoy. They are the chauffeurs, restaurant workers, garbage collectors..etc etc. Now...how is there going to be a high influx of immigrants? Is it because of the 42 thing?
