Of the situation all people are in? A world where everyone knows that Death is a conscious entity and selects ways to kill people, and that if you escape that plan, you get hunted?

Could you ever even feel relaxed in that universe?

I'd be terrified of all the foxes wave dashing around with no items to protect myself.

What if the realization was more recent in history? People never realized in history that an entity was behind all deaths . I mean in the movies they don't know. Except 1 random guy on a talk show I think in thr 2nd movie that nobody listens to

But imagine if somehow we proved scientifically its real, only back in like say the year 2000 when the first movie came out in our world

We only have known the truth for almost 23 years now. I think it would change society. Probably would change religions too

I would just die when I'm die same as usual. Death is absolute. Run from it. Hide from it. All roads lead to it.

If anything it might be of benefit. If they can understand Death on a deeper level, the possibilities are endless. They could even try to kill Death.

Wonder why death gets so buthurt and isn't used to people escaping death through individual's instincts, determination, modern medicine, outside interference or even just dumb luck.

I've not seen anything past the third(?) one, but I think I remember reading that one of the later movies reveals that Death itself is the one that sends the visions that causes people to dodge their fate. It just occasionally likes fucking with people.

At the end of the 3rd one

The survivors are given a vision only about 30 seconds in advance and that's how the movie ends.

I remember the first 3 mostly. I have 4 and 5 mixed in my head. I know one of them was meant to be a prequel set in the 90s. But beyond that, I can't remember much

Ah thank you. I mostly remember 1 and 2. Mostly because of the log truck scene. That one is scarred into my mind.
