I'd like Aztec or Mayan civilization. And also ancient Sumerian civilization could be cool. The first human cities.

It might also be interesting if they actually did a game set in prehistory. Maybe play as stone age people but you might run into the pre human civilization. Imagine a acrobatic caveman assassin sneaking around in an "alien" city

I'd love a Modern-day setting but one with deep character customisation, from loads of voice options, to how you hold & aim your weapon, clothing options.

For that second last one by hold & aim, I mean for holding you'd have a 1 or 2 handed grip, for aiming you'd have regular or sideways aka gangsta aim.

It'd be a weird thing at first, but the options would be endless.

You could even have difficulty sliders; I feel like the games have gotten harder.

I used to have an idea for the last game if they ever ended the series

You'd play both dawn of time, and modern day. Inside the animus you are playing as Adam and Eve. Similar to my prehistory idea I mentioned. Outside the animus you fight the final battle between Assassins and Templars in an apocalyptic war

I would like one that is in Romania back during the time of Vlad the Impaler.

Nazi Germany during WW2.

The end goal of the game is to kill Hitler and make it look like a suicide. You work your way up to him by killing off strategic targets and sabotaging things along the way.

Cold War Germany, east and west sides.
