It was the only reason I saw it lol. Overall, it was fine. I liked it more than the first movie, but I didn't like the first one that much to begin with, so it wasn't exactly a difficult feat.

Not gonna lie, I'm pretty damn disappointed that Dr. Doom didn't show up, but that's more my fault and not the movie's.

So is tchalla dead in-universe and if so, how did they explain it?

He had an unknown illness that he kept to himself and didn't ask for help until it was too late.
The film's cold open was his funeral. I thought it was really well done.
