One time I or someone in my family, stupidly left a bunch of Genesis games next to a heater. And later the cartridges were discovered and all malformed and melted. The only game I remember for sure that died was TMNT Tournament Fighters

I was sad but by this time I had moved on to ps1 I think so it wasn't the end of the world. But I still remember that event. I can't believe we did that

I got a PS2 for Christmas in 2000. I got Tekken Tag, Summoner, and Dynasty Warriors II with it.

I had my PS2 on the floor and had been playing Dynasty Warriors II. In January 2001 or so. I lifted the console up from the floor to put on a shelf while it was on and playing the game. It slipped a bit from my hands and the game got knocked out of spot while it was running. The disk spinner thing scratched the game to hell and back because the game got dislodged from it.

The game was ruined ;_;.

When we moved from a 2-story house, we never used the upstairs for several years. We just sort left everything that was up there, and the whole area just fell into disarray.

Among these were all of my pre-PS1 games. NES, SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, etc. I even had Earthbound with the guide and everything.

Yeah a few ps1/2 games got stepped or sat on and broke

Never destroyed but I lost some. I think I left my GBA SP at some random place and lost a couple games with it. I hated losing Mega Man Battle Network 3 White.
