Everything about it. Get prescription. Wait for it to work. Wade through the side effects. Oh hey I think it's working. Oh yeah, it's definitely working. Oh, it's working less well. Might need to see my doctor about it. See the doctor. They increase your dose. Side effects intensify. Beneficial effects seen again. Eventually loop through the last few steps a couple more times. Decide to try something new.
