'Yes my internet has been working fine since, but it was really annoying back in August when it wasn't working, so I waited a few weeks of no issues to call in asking for you to fix something that isn't broken right now. What do you mean I should call when it's actually not working and not wait until there is nothing to fix before calling in? Why can't you fix my working internet right now?!'

I bet when people's internet goes out the first thing you tell them to do is to unplug the modem and plug it back in
