Idk I just choose whatever and one shot everybody

and then eventually if a gym leader or somebody beats my I change my party a little bit and commence the one shotting

i love Pokmon but its too damn easy

Rollout at least does more damage over moves

In that case Rollout. The first hit is weaker than Rock Throw, but each consecutive hit doubles the damage of the previous hit up to five turns, so that's pretty significant. But get Rock Slide or Stone Edge ASAP.
