[LFAQs-redacted-quote] I know right, I was on a nature hike and going back to my car, the trail was pretty even so I chose to walk fast to get tired etc but took like 10 steps and stepped on a rock and sprained my ankle. Thats what I get trying to be healthier lmao. I feel for ya. I did it three times two years ago. Every time it was stepping off a sidewalk curb. Thankfully they were all light Sprains. But I remember the third time I was laughing with the pain because I couldn't believe it. Last year it happened while trailing.
