It's pretty much the last two for me. My life nowadays has pretty much been focusing on work, school, and passion projects. Everything is going mostly good but sometimes it feels like I'm just juggling so much and the payoff is going to be very little after everything is said and done. I try not to let that mindset get in the way of what I do, but sometimes it can really wear me down. Especially when I'm filling out these applications for jobs/internships and hear nothing back :(

Honestly man sometimes the grind can just get to you. But if you feel things are good, just keep that going. Ive done that and in like 6 months I look back at how much I did get done. Perspective sometimes takes time, but its ok to feel like this. Means you still care and want something more in the future!

It hit me especially hard the last couple of months because I had these two super promising jobs set up. Did multiple interviews for both that I felt went incredibly well every time. The interviewers seem really into me. It's been months and I haven't heard anything back from either.

There was also a competition that I competed in around that time in regards to screenwriting, something I'm super into. When I was told that out of everyone who entered, I was one of the few that made it to the semi-finals, it was the happiest I've been in a really long time.
I had to do an interview with one of the judges and they were telling me all these good things. Like why they selected me, and how all of the other judges really loved my script and my style, etc.

Then it got to the point where they were announcing finalists and I got the email telling me I've been eliminated. Like, damn. It hurt. So close.
But I try to keep at it.

It will always be like that for 99% of the population of the world.
Way to many humans to many corporations, rules, regulations, exploits, etc... AI could make a small interesting twist similar to the wild west but it will be very, very short lived.
No more visions, only modern slavery, sorry.
